About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland. As a key ambassador for our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors with a smile
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with our store teams to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our customers and business

Requirements:

  • A current driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use our delivery systems

Working Pattern:

Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 11pm. You will be required to work a 3-day week, but must be flexible to cover holidays and work 6 days when other drivers are on holiday.
