Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the General Manager in leading and managing the day-to-day running of the gym.
- To assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence.
- To help drive sales and co-ordinate local marketing activity.
- To manage a successful team and help lead them to success.
- To deliver set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Experience in a management position within a leisure-related industry.
- Passion for customer service and inspirational leadership skills.
- Qualification to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
- Experience in driving sales and managing a team.
