Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors in providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for client meetings, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and presented to the advisors.
- Post-Meeting Tasks: Complete all post-meeting tasks, including processing transactions, updating client records, and communicating with clients as needed.
- Investment Management: Assist with investment rebalancing, monitoring, and reporting to clients.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support the development of client suitability reports and other financial documents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors and other team members to ensure seamless client service and support.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as experience with financial software and systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide recommendations.
