Job Title: Supervisor - Sports Direct

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Sports Direct. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a small team in one of our instore departments, delivering a world-class customer experience, and driving store performance to its maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team in one of our instore departments, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing on-the-spot feedback and coaching.
  • Be a role model for the delivery of a world-class customer experience, training your team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
  • Create an engaging working environment for colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Support in delivering meticulous store presentation, implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand.
  • Drive sales and operations, achieving results and going beyond set goals, and leading the team to ensure they are efficient in following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Recent supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Passion for retail and people, with a strong desire to develop and grow with the company.
  • Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Able to communicate at all levels, with a strong understanding of the company's values and culture.
