Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team of education professionals.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities.
• Provide pastoral support and 1:1 support to students as needed.
• Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
• Qualification in literacy and numeracy equivalent to GCSE Grade A* - C, or Level 2 on the national vocational framework.
• NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants (or equivalent) and a keen interest in children's learning and development.
• Experience working with children, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
• Ability to work as part of a team and 'go the extra mile'.
