About the Role:

As a Qualified Social Worker in our Looked After Children Team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to children in care, ensuring their safety, well-being, and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake assessments and develop care plans for looked after children, tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
