Pharmacist Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our team at Portlethen Medical Centre. As a pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Manage medications and chronic disease clinics
  • Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement effective medication management plans

Requirements:

  • Sound clinical knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Independent Prescribing qualification (desirable)
