Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist will be a key member of the NBCUniversal Customer Success Team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers across the BRS Golf product suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our tools and platforms to provide expert support to end-users.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and requests via various communication channels.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide technical guidance to resolve customer issues.
  • Evaluate and escalate technical incidents to relevant departments.
  • Document all activities and maintain case logs in accordance with internal processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop self-service tools and guidance for clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and activities to foster a supportive team environment.
  • Identify and report bugs or product enhancements to the development team.
  • Contribute to cross-team knowledge sharing and coaching of new hires.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused environment within the technology sector.
  • Experience using communication/CRM platforms and remote support tools.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
  • Technology savvy with a desire to continue learning new technology.
  • Experience in call handling, issue resolution, and coaching users.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach with good time management and autonomy.
  • Experience working in a motivating team environment.
Desirable Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Familiarity with languages such as HTML/CSS.
  • Passion for sports and sports technology.
