We are looking for an exceptional Clinical Manager to lead our team at Academy Vets in Stranraer, offering an estimated salary of £80,000 per annum.

About You

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned mixed veterinary surgeon with a passion for small animal medicine to take on a challenging and rewarding role. As Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and making significant contributions to the growth and success of our clinic.

You will work closely with our current Clinical Director and Practice Manager, as well as the Area Director and Area Support Manager, to drive business results and achieve our strategic objectives. Your primary focus will be on small animal clinical work, including operating and consulting, as well as developing and maintaining expertise in specific areas of small animal medicine.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of veterinary professionals and drive business results
  • Conduct small animal clinical work, including operating and consulting
  • Develop and maintain expertise in specific areas of small animal medicine
  • Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to achieve business objectives
