Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our premium beverage brand's marketing efforts. As Head of Marketing and Brand Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans to drive brand engagement, consumption, and consumer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy and Marketing Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company's 5-year strategic vision, focusing on multi-channel strategies to drive brand engagement, consumption, and consumer acquisition.
  • Consumer Activity: Lead the marketing team to create engaging content aligned with brand positioning, driving consumer acquisition and embedding the brand positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Customer & Trade Activity: Ensure optimal visibility and presentation of the brand and its touchpoints, bringing its unique purpose and image to life at the point of choice and consumption.
  • Ongoing Business Management: Manage external communications and PR agencies, marketing budget, and lead the internal marketing team to activate the plan effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven Brand Marketing Skills: Experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans, social media strategy, and brand content creation.
  • Commercial Acumen and Leadership Skills: Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional results.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in managing and coaching direct reports, and working cross-functionally to drive projects.
  • UK Market Experience: UK market experience is key, but some global/international market experience would be a bonus.
