Visual Merchandising Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to implement and maintain our Visual Merchandise strategy across the group. This involves achieving an exceptional high standard of display and merchandising execution that customers expect from visiting a Furniture Village store.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting both our Retail Buying and Retail Sales teams to enhance and maximise sales potential through the application of Visual Merchandising skills and knowledge.
- Implementing detailed floor and range plans, while being aware of customer flow and stock density.
- Coordinating room sets using the company's relative document and demonstrating creativity and up-to-date knowledge of current trends.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across the business.
- Working closely with store management and senior management teams to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Full driving licence for travel across the UK.
- Ability to work away from home on projects, including new store openings, store refits, and showroom floor relays.
- Comfortable using power tools and physically able to move furniture on a daily basis.
- Good planning and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
