About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team and play a vital role in our ongoing expansion. As a Bookkeeper, you will work closely with clients, providing essential support through regular contact by phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using popular accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage for bookkeeping and VAT return submissions.
  • Providing financial support to clients, including managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and performing reconciliations.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and meeting client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.
  • Experience with VAT return submissions.
  • Strong Excel skills and IT proficiency.
  • A passion for building strong client relationships.
  • Ideally, AAT qualified or working towards qualification.
