Safety and Support Co-ordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Safety and Support Co-ordinator to join our team at ETAAS (Exeter Temporary Accommodation and Assessment Service). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers in temporary accommodation.

About the Job:

  • You will work on a 2-week rolling rota between 07:00 and 19:30.
  • You will be responsible for managing the health and safety of the building, including patrolling to check fire doors and ensuring everything is locked and secure.
  • You will also provide support and guidance to our customers, thinking on your feet and managing situations on the spot when necessary.

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced DBS check is required, and we will cover the cost.
  • You should have excellent observational skills and be able to use technology to monitor CCTV, update customer records, and collaborate with colleagues.
