This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Tax Director to join a leading professional services firm in the City of London. The successful candidate will have a clear path for partnership and will be responsible for leading a team of tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Advising clients on a range of domestic and cross-border tax issues, including group structuring, tax efficient financing, and inbound and outbound investment.
- Recommending strategies for managing clients' effective tax rate using efficient intellectual property, financing, and other strategies.
- Overseeing teams in regard to tax advisory projects and acting as the point of contact for specialists, overseas member firms, and external advisers.
- Understanding key business development opportunities and developing client pipelines.
- Coaching and developing junior members of staff.
- Experience working within a professional services environment or as a Senior Tax Manager within an established practice client.
- Working knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
- ACA/CTA qualification.
