Job Summary:

CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be supporting our client, a dynamic and expanding finance team, in their search for a skilled Financial Assistant to join their ranks.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the finance team, working closely with the Group Finance Manager to ensure the smooth running of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and ensure accurate allocation
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Complete daily tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Resolve escalating queries
  • Assist in implementing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and streamline operations
  • Support with month-end and year-end tasks

Requirements:

  • Working towards a financial qualification, such as AAT, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize workload
  • Confident Excel and systems experience

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £27,000
