Job Opportunity

Peaple Talent is seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line Support Specialist to join our team. We have partnered with a leading technology service provider based in the UK who are looking for a talented individual to fill this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line customer support and working closely with the Network Infrastructure team to resolve technical issues. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of escalated issues, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and a desire to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line customer support via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Work closely with the Network Infrastructure team to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality technical support.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as required.

Technical Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience working as an IT/Support Engineer in an MSP or ISP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP.
