Responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Develop and implement cost estimation and budgeting strategies to ensure accurate forecasts and identification of potential cost-saving opportunities.">
  • Cost Control and Management: Establish and maintain robust cost control and management processes to guarantee transparency and value for money.">
  • Procurement and Tendering: Coordinate and execute procurement activities, including preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.">
  • Contract Administration: Oversee the administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and mitigating risks associated with contract performance.">
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Identify and evaluate potential project risks, providing recommendations to minimize their impact.">
