Salary

The salary range for this role is £22.08 to £32.42 per hour, inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance, reflecting the unique challenges and rewards of working in a remote location.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to provide cover for absent teachers on an "as and when required" basis. This may involve substituting in various classrooms, supporting students with diverse needs, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
