Technical Director

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to play a critical role in the design, implementation, and monitoring of Microlise products.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical domain design skills, and the ability to lead technical teams. In this challenging role, you will work closely with other areas of the business and customers to provide expert technical knowledge and solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and monitor Microlise products.
2. Work with stakeholders to identify technical debt and implement solutions.
3. Lead technical teams and mentor technical performance.
4. Implement patterns of enterprise architecture.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrable technical domain design skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with architecture-focused road maps.
• Experience defining and describing system architecture.

• £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (depending on experience).
