Tax Advisory Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Scotland Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team as an Assistant Manager. Our client base and the services we provide are varied, offering a great opportunity to gain a broad experience and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing tax advisory services to our clients, working closely with our Managers and Senior Manager
- Supporting the delivery of UK corporation tax compliance services
- Assisting on tax advisory projects by providing UK corporation tax input and researching topics
- Ensuring our clients are kept up to date with emerging corporate and wider tax developments impacting their business
- Assisting on the delivery of tax reporting and tax audit work
- Supervising the work of junior members of staff and providing coaching to support their development
- Assisting our Managers and Senior Managers with client account management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Qualified CTA or ACA / CA or equivalent
- UK corporation tax experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Continuous learning and development mindset
- Coaching and mentoring skills
