About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Care Manager to join our team at Lancashire County Council. As a key member of our Older People Care Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to adults across Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care
  • Hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care, with a commitment to completing NVQ level 3 within 12 months
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent customer service
