Job Description: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth for JLA Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of JLA Group's products and services to generate interest and secure new business.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue performance to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
