Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Aon's overall business objectives and drives revenue growth across EMEA.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales managers, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with country leaders and regional leaders to develop sales plans and targets that align with Aon's global commercial goals.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
