Corporate Tax Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Director to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a leading recruitment agency specializing in accountancy jobs, we are proud to represent top accounting firms in the UK.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax advisory and planning, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of corporate tax accountants. They will be responsible for leading advisory work with clients, reviewing and preparing corporation tax computations and workings, and collaborating with other departments to ensure clients are benefiting from all business services.

About the Role:

  • Act as a part of the senior leadership of a large team of corporate tax accountants at an established and growing firm of accountants.
  • Work alongside fellow Directors and Partners, managing a portfolio of corporate clients in a wide variety of tax specific areas.
  • Review and prepare corporation tax computations and workings.
  • Lead advisory work with clients.
  • Strategic insight.
  • Advise on various tax due diligence exercises.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients are benefiting from all business services.
  • Provide training and development for colleagues and team members.
  • Represent the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients.
  • Set an example as a hands-on Partner.
