The Catering and Hospitality team at St John's College University of Cambridge is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Bar Supervisor (Assistant Bar Manager).
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our experienced Bar Manager in providing operational and leadership support to the Bar team.
The Bar team has been instrumental in creating a vibrant and popular recreational hub that appeals to a broad range of students, Fellows, and staff. We are seeking a hardworking, responsible, and reliable individual to continue the growth and development of this key student outlet.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and consolidate leadership and Bar Management skills through excellent customer service standards, professional levels of industry best practice, and the delivery of exciting and inclusive events.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a busy and lively environment, as well as utilizing quiet periods to the best effect. This is an opportunity to develop your own skills while helping to influence and grow this key student outlet.
