Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Data Engineering Manager

**Company:** Primus Connect

**Location:** Remote with 2 days per week in Reading

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead our team of talented Data Engineers and drive business performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our Data Engineers, contributing to the build and development of their data engineering capabilities, and providing technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6 Data Engineers with a mix of experience from Junior to Senior
  • Coach and mentor the existing team to improve their data engineering capabilities
  • Contribute to the development of our data engineering capabilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance

Requirements:

  • Excellent Data Engineering experience with Azure and Databricks technologies
  • Strong experience with the Azure Data stack including ADF
  • Previous experience of Technical Leadership and/or Management of Data Engineers

What We Offer:
