Inventory Controls and Revenue Management
The ideal candidate will manage all hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies, ensuring each property works with adequate 3rd parties to maximize revenue. They will also ensure property performance through robust channel and room-type management.
Revenue Growth and Forecasting
The candidate will take ownership of the allocated portfolio topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. They will also analyze data and identify trends to provide market insights and implement new Revenue Management tools, opportunities, and strategies.
Key Performance Indicators
- Deliver pricing strategies for online channels
- Manage all hotel distribution channels and pricing strategies
- Ensure each property works with adequate 3rd parties to maximize revenue
- Ensure property performance through robust channel and room-type management
- Identify and implement new Revenue Management tools, opportunities, and strategies
- Build and maintain databases
- Manage OTA channels swing to Direct business
- Take ownership of the allocated portfolio topline forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Give market insights, analyze data, and identify trends
