Music Administrator Position

We are seeking an experienced administrator to support our Visiting Music Teachers (VMTs) on a fixed term maternity leave cover basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team at Music Teacher Magazine, providing administrative support for instrumental music lessons.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position available for up to one year, commencing as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily administration of instrumental lesson registration and absence procedures, ensuring timely communication with parents, pupils, and staff regarding music lessons.
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, specifically in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook), and be able to learn bespoke systems such as KIM and MYA quickly. They will also possess strong communication skills, enabling them to establish a good rapport with pupils, parents, and staff alike.
