About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will analyze logistics data to improve our supply chain operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, process, and analyze logistics data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators related to logistics operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize logistics processes.
  • Forecasting and Modelling: Develop predictive models to forecast future logistics needs and challenges.
  • Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to enhance data analysis.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and IT teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Assist in the implementation of new logistics technologies and systems.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in data management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics data and operations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Proven experience with data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software.
