About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roving Chef to join our team at Brunning and Price. As a Roving Chef, you will be responsible for supporting our existing pubs and new pub openings, covering holidays, and deputizing for Head Chefs as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the running of the kitchen, driving food culture, and engaging teams and customers with exciting new dishes.
  • Cover holidays and assist with new openings or deputize for Head Chefs as required.
  • Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant, or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential.

  • Basic salary up to £35,000, plus tronc (card tips paid into your bank).

About you... Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant, or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude.
