Aftersales Director – Hampshire Area

Jago Consultants is seeking an experienced and successful Aftersales Director to lead the service department of a busy main dealership in the Hampshire area.

1. Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
2. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and other metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Drive the performance of the Service department staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
4. Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed performance targets and budgets.
5. Conduct thorough analysis to identify areas of weakness and develop targeted marketing initiatives to address them.
6. Regularly review Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions.

1. Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a track record of success in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
