Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating and developing new business
  • Managing client accounts and meeting clients and candidates
  • Working alongside our Delivery function to fill requirements quickly
  • Collaborating with our Marketing team to advertise jobs
  • Working with internal teams to ensure client and candidate satisfaction

You'll need:

  • Prior recruitment experience
  • Proven experience in generating and developing new business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player mindset
  • Comfort with working at a fast pace and being flexible
