Job Title: Scaffolding Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Project Coordinator to join our team at Streamline Search. As a Scaffolding Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating scaffolding projects from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scaffolding projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
  • Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, and time for scaffolding projects
  • Prepare tender and contract documents for scaffolding projects
  • Perform risk and value management during scaffolding projects
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance work
  • Negotiate contracts and work schedules with clients and subcontractors
  • Assign work to subcontractors and oversee their work at all stages
  • Value completed work and arrange payments
  • Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards
  • Continually analyse outcomes and write budget reports and advise on contractual claims and disputes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Scaffolding background experience is essential
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Efficient and accurate communication
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
