Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Security Officers Supervisor to join our team. As a Commercial Security Officers Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of security officers and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises.
- Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop tailored security solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to security officers to ensure they are equipped to handle security incidents.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a security leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading a team and developing security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
