TXM Recruit have partnered with an award-winning organisation to deliver a significant project in the Maidstone region.

The successful candidate will be part of an ever-expanding team of skilled tradespeople, working on a long-term social housing contract.

Main Duties:
  1. Job inspections using handheld technology and reporting findings for quoting purposes.
  2. Varying domestic maintenance tasks and responsive maintenance.
  3. Maintaining the highest quality standards across all work completed.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Essential Requirements:
  1. NVQ trade qualifications.
  2. Extensive experience in multiple trades.
  3. Current and valid driving licence.
  4. A DBS check prior to commencement of the role.

This position comes with a salary estimate of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on the candidate's experience.
