Dreams Ltd is a leading bed retailer in the UK, seeking a Bedding Expert to join their team in Knaresborough. As a key member of the Retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every store visit is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on high-value purchases, ensuring customers find the perfect fit for their needs
  • Become a Sleepmatch Master, using market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including general housekeeping and cleaning tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Determination and motivation to work towards sales targets and KPIs
  • A flexible schedule, committing to up to 20 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays
