Ergonomic Sales Director

About the Role
The Senior Sales Manager position at Humanscale is a high-profile role that requires a sales expert to drive revenue growth in their territory. This includes end-user, D+B and dealer accounts.
Main Responsibilities
- Market and sell ergonomic solutions to clients
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with a minimum of 10 sales appointments per week
- Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and product mix sales targets
- Develop a business plan with management for weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic sales objectives
- Schedule product tests or demos as necessary
- Deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Complete sales activity reports, sales orders, installation assistance, and sales training
- Serve as a liaison between customer service and clients on shipment and quality matters
- Conduct dealer training sessions on ergonomics and Humanscale products
- Lead business discussions with dealers to meet sales goals, establish new accounts, and grow existing client sales
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
- A proven track record of planning and execution
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel regionally (up to 25%)
Earned Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and location
