The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Crane Service Engineer to join our team at our Tyne & Wear branch. As a Crane Service Engineer, you will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, maintaining, and repairing customers' overhead cranes and lifting equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test crane equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts and replacing worn-out components.
  • Repair and replace damaged or faulty crane equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of crane systems to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Electro-mechanical training, with a bias towards electrical systems.
  • Understanding and knowledge of electrical drawings.
  • A valid UK driving license.
