About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Studio Production Manager to join our team in East London. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing all content production at our busy photo studio, delivering high-quality assets for our e-commerce platforms, wholesale partners, and digital concession partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Photographic Studio Manager in the day-to-day running of the photo studio, including model, still life, and video sets.
  • Lead the studio team, establishing priorities and meeting critical deadlines.
  • Manage studio and creative budgets, ensuring efficient workflows, driving daily shoot targets, and negotiating fees to control costs.
  • Provide studio resources for departmental collaboration with design, merch, wholesale, and creative teams.
  • Support the Photographic Studio Manager and studio team in their work, ensuring high-quality production and on-brand output.
  • Oversee visual output, ensuring all assets align with brand vision and seasonal updates.
  • Source and engage freelance talent, leveraging industry knowledge to select the best candidates for studio and external on-set roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party asset creators and licensees to ensure brand consistency.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for external suppliers, such as model agencies, talent agents, studios, and production companies.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead to explore new solutions and innovative approaches to enhance content production.
  • Create and maintain image databases for global access to studio imagery.
  • Support the studio team in their career development.
  • Forecast and manage the studio and creative yearly budget.
  • Oversee all tracking of samples and update the business on go-live dates.
