Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to improve health, safety, and environmental performance
- Manage and deliver departmental budgets to forecast
Requirements:
- Proven experience at HSE Manager level or above in the food manufacturing sector
- NEBOSH General certificate with aspirations to achieve or on course to achieve NEBOSH LEVEL 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health
- Inspirational leadership skills to promote and deliver operational goals and objectives
- A track record of being a team builder and partnering with a senior management team to implement improvements that result in improved HSE performance and results
