Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality processes to ensure compliance across the project.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the Health and Safety culture, focusing on behaviours and training.
- Ensure accurate documentation of HSEQ processes throughout the office and site teams.
- Attend framework meetings with clients, subcontractors, and alliance partners as required.
- Oversee the daily operational output of the team to ensure project timescales are met safely and accurately.
- Deliver contractual milestones and record commercial events accurately.
- Track programme progress to support monthly deliverables and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple business functions and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating as necessary.
- Build lasting partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and delivery teams.
- Contribute to the coordination of third-party stakeholders and programme interfaces with other projects.
- Report daily and weekly to the Contracts Delivery Manager on key progress issues and concerns.
- Provide programme content for the Delivery Manager's monthly board meetings.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Assess and plan resources for current and new projects with the assistance of the delivery manager and project engineers.
To be considered for this role, you will have at least 2-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role, ideally in an engineering or civils environment. A degree in an engineering discipline is preferred. Previous experience in electrical or mechanical disciplines is also required. A valid UK driving licence is essential for the role, as travel to various sites throughout the country is required.
