English Language Educator

As an English Lecturer at MidKent College, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to students, ensuring a consistent approach across both sites. You will inspire and motivate students through outstanding teaching and learning, stretching and challenging them to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate designated study programme delivery activities
2. Provide high-quality teaching to students
3. Responsibility for day-to-day operational issues, exams, and time tabling
4. Inspire and motivate students through outstanding teaching and learning
5. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of students
All Staff Requirements
As a member of the MidKent College team, you will be required to:
1. Complete mandatory annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
2. Travel between sites as required
3. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
4. Comply with and understand all aspects of legislation and College policies and processes relating to safeguarding
5. Form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with students
