We are looking for a highly motivated Sustainable Horticulture Instructor to join our team at SRUC. As a key member of our horticulture department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and research, with a focus on sustainable horticultural practices.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sustainable horticulture and be able to inspire young people in schools. You will be responsible for teaching on our FE horticulture portfolio, including delivery on our school’s programme at level 4.

A minimum of a HND in a relevant subject area or exceptional teaching or industry experience equivalent to the above is required. Additionally, a drive to impact positively on the horticulture industry through inspiring young people in schools is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
