Job Title: Specialist HEF Dietitian

We are seeking an experienced Dietitian with advanced clinical skills to join our Community Nutrition and Dietetics team in Central Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Dietitian to work in the community, providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs.

About the Role

As a Specialist HEF Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing and implementing care plans for patients in clinic, in their own homes, and in nursing and care homes. You will work autonomously, providing expert advice and support to patients and carers, and developing and promoting a holistic, patient-centered service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and implement care plans for patients with complex needs
  • Provide expert advice and support to patients and carers
  • Develop and promote a holistic, patient-centered service
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care
  • Contribute to the training and development of healthcare professionals and carers
