Job Title: Health, Safety and Biosafety (HSBS) Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Health, Safety and Biosafety (HSBS) team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HSBS team, ensuring the smooth operation of our safety and environmental duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HSBS team, including managing an asset bank, coordinating training, and maintaining document management systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the HSBS Asset bank, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
  • Coordinate the booking and arrangements for training from external providers, ensuring that staff receive the necessary training to perform their duties safely.
  • Act as 'Curator' for training modules held on our training management platform, ensuring that courses are assigned to trainees and periodically reviewed by trainers.
  • Assist with the collection of data that acts as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) for various monitoring programs.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience of working in a health, safety and/or biosafety function.
  • Experience of managing an asset bank.
