We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Account Manager to join our team. This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and securing high-value new business opportunities.

  • Account Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to grow client footprint across new disciplines, sectors, and international markets.
  • Strategic Client Networking: Engage and leverage senior client relationships to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Contractor Engagement: Build lasting connections with contractors, ensuring clients are preferred partners.
  • Top Talent Sourcing: Identify and connect with high-calibre candidates using digital platforms and referrals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop credible relationships with clients and candidates, showcasing deep sector expertise.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in converting prospects into active, revenue-generating accounts.
  • Cross-Selling Expertise: Proficiency in cross-selling departments, projects, and volume opportunities.
  • Hands-On Sales Leadership: Track record of meeting individual and team targets through proactive engagement.
  • Client Understanding: Strong insights into client needs and strategic opportunities, reinforced by regular engagement.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales leadership skills, strong industry knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. The salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
