As an Occupational Health Specialist with OH Medical Recruitment Ltd., you will provide a full remit occupational health service operating to high clinical standards. This role involves management referrals, health surveillance and result interpretation, and new entrants medicals.

This is a part-time permanent position working 3 days per week at a client site near Reading with potential for a hybrid post following training.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be an NMC Registered Nurse with a Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health and a minimum of 2 years experience in the field. You will have prior experience in occupational health case management, health surveillance, and pre-employment screening.

We are looking for an excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing. You must also possess excellent IT literacy and record-keeping skills.

Requirements:

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Qualified to Degree/Diploma level in Occupational Health
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Occupational Health
  • Prior experience in Occupational Health Case Management, Health Surveillance, and Pre-employment screening
  • Excellent communicator with skills in verbal and written communication, including report writing
  • Possess excellent IT Literacy and record-keeping skills
  • Hold a full clean driving licence with own vehicle able to travel to the customer site
