Job Title: SEN Cover Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN cover teacher to join our team at a leading independent special school in Camden. The school provides a unique therapeutic educational environment for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and assessing work for pupils with SEMH, working with teaching assistants to ensure support is both appropriate and effective, contributing to the setting of targets for children, and working alongside other professionals in the wider support network.

Requirements:
  • Full QTS
  • Previous experience teaching children/young learners with SEMH
  • Availability for 3 days/week
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
