Job Title: Senior Property Litigation Solicitor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join our growing team at The Recruitment Co. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to further their career within a well-respected firm known for its collegiate culture and clear career progression framework.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy caseload of property disputes for commercial and residential clients, including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.
  • Handle client-facing responsibilities, offering clear and practical advice tailored to client needs.
  • Assist senior solicitors and partners on high-value or complex disputes, gaining exposure to challenging and rewarding work.
  • Draft correspondence, legal documents, and provide case analysis under supervision.
  • Contribute to the team's growth through business development initiatives, including producing articles, delivering training, and networking.

About You:

  • A strong academic background and proven experience in property disputes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to personal and professional growth, including participation in business development activities.

Salary & Benefits:
