Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Searcys. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food to a high standard in any area required by senior chefs
  • Assist in extra functions and provide consistently high standards for functions and different dining areas
  • Manage the Client Dining and staff restaurant when requested by senior chefs
  • Assist in the training of junior staff and ensure smooth running of daily operations
  • Ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety Policy
  • Comply with all legal requirements, including fire regulations, security, licence requirements and Local Authority stipulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a working kitchen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Takes the initiative and demonstrates high levels of organisation
  • Excellent time management and supportive team player
  • Excellent record keeping and ability to work under pressure
  • Positive and co-operative attitude
